Placing an order
Clients who need temporary or permanent workers for the required position contact us by e-mail or by phone. We agree on terms and conditions on co-operation between the two institutions, sign an agreement and our client places an order with us. It often happens that we present some sample CVs and candidates in this initial phase of co-operation. Each order should include all necessary job details: precise description of tasks, duration and rates paid. This is usually essential information candidates need to know.

Interviewing and pre-selection
All candidates CVs and application forms which have been pre-selected, get forwarded to the client to assess applicants suitability for the job. If there is a need for the client to interview them personally, all the arrangements can be done in Warsaw by Eagle in a short while. There is a very convenient and reasonably priced place in the centre of the city whch has already proved on several occassions to offer convenient fascilities to stay there and carry out interviews. If there is a need to carry out professional tests ( e.g. welding), we co-operate with a certified center to do it.
Further steps
The pre-selected candidates should be forwarded a draft contract or a letter of promise which gives all the details of the job contract they will be signing in a default country. The contract should include all the essential information workers need and it should be in accordance of the Code of Labour of Employer's country. The workers are given a two-week- trial period during which, should they prove to be incompetent, they will be replaced by Eagle free of charge.
